59 - al-Hashr (The Gathering) ....

Sabbaha lillahi ma fee alssamawati wama fee alardi wahuwa alAAazeezu alhakeemu

Whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth glorifies Allâh. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth exalts Allah, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

வானங்களிலும் பூமியிலும் உள்ளவைகள் அனைத்தும் அல்லாஹ்வைத் துதி செய்து கொண்டிருக்கின்றன. அவன் (அனைவரையும்) மிகைத்தவனும் ஞானமுடையவனாகவும் இருக்கின்றான்.

வானங்களிலுள்ளவையும், பூமியிலுள்ளவையும் அல்லாஹ்வை தஸ்பீஹு செய்கின்றன (துதிக்கின்றன); அவன் (யாவரையும்) மிகைத்தவன்; ஞானம் மிக்கவன்.

வானங்களிலுள்ளவையும், பூமியிலுள்ளவையும் அல்லாஹ்வைத் துதி செய்கின்றன, அவன்தான் (யாவரையும்) மிகைத்தவன், தீர்க்கமான அறிவுடையவன்.

All that is in the heavens and all that is on earth glorifies Allah, for He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

Huwa allathee akhraja allatheena kafaroo min ahli alkitabi min diyarihim liawwali alhashri ma thanantum an yakhrujoo wathannoo annahum maniAAatuhum husoonuhum mina Allahi faatahumu Allahu min haythu lam yahtasiboo waqathafa fee quloobihimu alrruAAba yukhriboona buyootahum biaydeehim waaydee almumineena faiAAtabiroo ya olee alabsari

He it is Who drove out the disbelievers among the people of the Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Banû An-Nadîr) from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think that they would get out. And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allâh! But Allâh's (torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts so that they destroyed their own dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).

It is He who expelled the ones who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think they would leave, and they thought that their fortresses would protect them from Allah; but [the decree of] Allah came upon them from where they had not expected, and He cast terror into their hearts [so] they destroyed their houses by their [own] hands and the hands of the believers. So take warning, O people of vision.

வேதத்தை உடையவர்களில் எவர்கள் நிராகரிப்பவர்களாக ஆனார்களோ அவர்களை, அவர்களுடைய வீடுகளிலிருந்து வெளிப்படுத்தியவன் அவன்தான். (அவர்களுக்குக் கிடைக்க வேண்டிய தண்டனைகளில்) இது முதலாவதாகும். அவர்கள் (தங்கள் வீடுகளிலிருந்து) வெளிப்பட்டு விடுவார்கள் என்று நீங்கள் எதிர்பார்க்கவில்லை. அவர்களும் தங்களுடைய கோட்டைக் கொத்தளங்கள், அல்லாஹ்வை விட்டுத் தங்களை தடுத்துக் கொள்ளுமென்று மெய்யாகவே எண்ணிக் கொண்டிருந்தார்கள். எனினும், அவர்கள் எதிர்பார்க்காத வகையில் அல்லாஹ் அவர்களிடம் வந்து, அவர்களுடைய உள்ளங்களில் திகிலைப் போட்டு, அவர்கள் தங்கள் கையைக் கொண்டே தங்களுடைய வீடுகளை அழிக்குமாறு செய்ததுடன், நம்பிக்கையாளர்களுடைய கைகளைக் கொண்டும் அவர்களுடைய வீடுகளை அழித்தான். (அகப்)பார்வையுடையவர்களே! (இதனைக் கொண்டு) நீங்கள் உணர்ச்சி பெறுவீர்களாக!

வேதத்தை உடையோரில் எவர்கள் நிராகரித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தனரோ, அவர்களை அவர்களுடைய வீடுகளிலிருந்து முதல் வெளியேற்றத்தில் வெளியேற்றியவன் அவனே; எனினும் அவர்கள் வெளியேறுவார்கள் என்று நீங்கள் நினைக்கவில்லை; அவர்களும், தங்களுடைய கோட்டைகள் நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ்வை விட்டும் தங்களைத் தடுத்துக் கொள்பவை என்று நினைத்தார்கள்; ஆனால், அவர்கள் எண்ணியிராத புறத்திலிருந்து அவர்கள்பால் அல்லாஹ் (வேதனையைக் கொண்டு) வந்து அவர்களுடைய இதயங்களில் பீதியையும் போட்டான்; அன்றியும் அவர்கள் தம் கைகளாலும் முஃமின்களின் கைகளாலும் தம் வீடுகளை அழித்துக் கொண்டனர்; எனவே அகப்பார்வையுடையோரே! நீங்கள் (இதிலிருந்து) படிப்பினை பெறுவீர்களாக.

அவன் எத்தகையவனென்றால், வேதத்தையுடையோரில் நிராகரித்தார்களே அவர்களை அவர்களுடைய வீடுகளிலிருந்து (மதீனாவிலிருந்து ஷாம் தேசத்தின் பால்) முதல் வெளியேற்றதிற்காகவேண்டி வெளியேற்றினான், அவர்கள் (தங்கள் வீடுகளிலிருந்து) வெளியேறிவிடுவார்களென்று நீங்கள் எண்ணவில்லை, மேலும், அவர்கள் தங்களுடைய கோட்டைகள், அல்லாஹ்வை விட்டுத் தங்களைத் தடுத்துகொள்பவை என்று நிச்சயமாக எண்ணிக் கொண்டிருந்தார்கள், ஆகவே, அவர்கள் எண்ணிப்பார்த்திராதவிதத்தில் அல்லாஹ் அவர்களிடம் (தனது வேதனையைக்கொண்டு) வந்துவிட்டான், மேலும், அவர்களுடைய உள்ளங்களில் திகிலைப்போட்டான், (அதனால்) அவர்கள் தம் கரங்களாலும், விசுவாசிகளின் கரங்களாலும் தம் வீடுகளைப் பாழ்படுத்திக் கொண்டனர், பார்வை (விளக்கங்)கள் உடையோரே, (இதன்மூலம் உபதேசம் பெற்று) நீங்கள் படிப்பினை பெறுவீர்களாக!

It is He Who expelled the disbelievers of the People of the Book [Banī Nadīr] from their homes as the first banishment. You did not think that they would leave, and they thought that their fortresses would protect them from Allah. But [the punishment of] Allah came upon them from where they did not expect and He cast dread in their hearts, destroying their homes with their own hands and the hands of the believers. So take a lesson, O you people of insight.

Walawla an kataba Allahu AAalayhimu aljalaa laAAaththabahum fee alddunya walahum fee alakhirati AAathabu alnnari

And had it not been that Allâh had decreed exile for them, He would certainly have punished them in this world; and in the Hereafter theirs shall be the torment of the Fire.

And if not that Allah had decreed for them evacuation, He would have punished them in [this] world, and for them in the Hereafter is the punishment of the Fire.

அவர்களை நாடு கடத்தல் (மட்டும்) செய்துவிடுமாறு அல்லாஹ் (ஏற்கனவே) விதித்திருக்காவிடில் இவ்வுலகத்திலேயே அவர்களை(க் கடினமான) வேதனை செய்திருப்பான். எனினும், மறுமையில் நரக வேதனை அவர்களுக்குக் காத்திருக்கின்றது.

தவிரவும், அவர்கள் மீது வெளியேறுகையை அல்லாஹ் விதிக்காதிருந்தால், இவ்வுலகிலேயே அவர்களைக் கடினமாக வேதனை செய்திருப்பான்; இன்னும் அவர்களுக்கு மறுமையிலும் (நரக) நெருப்பின் வேதனை உண்டு.

மேலும், அல்லாஹ் அவர்களின்மீது (அவர்கள் குடும்ப சகிதம் அவர்களுடைய ஊரிலிருந்து) வெளியேறுவதை விதித்திருக்காவிடில், இவ்வுலகத்திலேயே அவன் அவர்களை வேதனை செய்திருப்பான், அன்றியும் மறுமையில் அவர்களுக்கு (நரக) நெருப்பின் வேதனை உண்டு.

Had Allah not decreed exile for them, He would have surely punished them in this world. And in the Hereafter, there will be for them the punishment of the Fire.

Thalika biannahum shaqqoo Allaha warasoolahu waman yushaqqi Allaha fainna Allaha shadeedu alAAiqabi

That is because they opposed Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam]). And whosoever opposes Allâh, then verily, Allâh is Severe in punishment.

That is because they opposed Allah and His Messenger. And whoever opposes Allah - then indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.

இதன் காரணமாவது: நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் அல்லாஹ் வையும், அவனுடைய தூதரையும் (மிக கடினமாக) எதிர்த்தார்கள் என்பதுதான். (இவ்வாறு) எவன் அல்லாஹ்வை எதிர்க்கின்றானோ, (அவனை) நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் கடும் தண்டனை தருபவனாக இருக்கின்றான்.

அதற்கு(க் காரணம்): நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் அல்லாஹ்வுக்கும், அவனுடைய தூதருக்கும் விரோதம் செய்தார்கள்; அன்றியும், எவன் அல்லாஹ்வை விரோதிக்கின்றானோ, (அவனை) நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் வேதனை செய்வதில் கடினமானவன்.

இது (ஏனென்றால்) நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் அல்லாஹ்வுக்கும், அவனுடைய தூதருக்கும் மாறு செய்து (கொண்டு அவர்களை விரோதித்து) விட்டார்கள் என்பதினாலாகும், இன்னும் எவர் அல்லாஹ்விற்கு மாறுசெய்கின்றாரோ நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் (அவரைத்) தண்டிப்பதில் மிகக் கடினமானவன்.

That is because they opposed Allah and His Messenger. And whoever opposes Allah, Allah is truly severe in punishment.

Ma qataAAtum min leenatin aw taraktumooha qaimatan AAala osooliha fabiithni Allahi waliyukhziya alfasiqeena

What you (O Muslims) cut down of the palm trees (of the enemy), or you left them standing on their stems, it was by the Leave of Allâh, and in order that He might disgrace the Fâsiqûn (the rebellious, the disobedient to Allâh).

Whatever you have cut down of [their] palm trees or left standing on their trunks - it was by permission of Allah and so He would disgrace the defiantly disobedient.

நீங்கள் அவர்களுடைய பேரீச்சமரங்களை வெட்டியதும் அல்லது (வெட்டாது) வேருடன் (இருந்தவாறே) அதன் அடிகளின் மீது நின்றிருக்கும்படி நீங்கள் அவைகளைவிட்டு வைத்ததும், அந்தப் பாவிகளை இழிவுபடுத்தும் பொருட்டு, அல்லாஹ்வின் அனுமதிபடியே (நடைபெற்ற காரியமாகும்).

நீங்கள் (அவர்களுடைய) பேரீத்த மரங்களை வெட்டியதோ, அல்லது அவற்றின் வேர்களின் மீது அவை நிற்கும்படியாக விட்டு விட்டதோ அல்லாஹ்வின் அனுமதியாலும், அந்த ஃபாஸிக்குகளை(ப் பாவிகளை) அவன் இழிவு படுத்துவதற்காகவுமே தான்.

(விசுவாசிகளே!) நீங்கள் (அவர்களுடைய) பேரீத்த மரங்களை வெட்டியதும், அல்லது (வெட்டாது) அவைகளின் வேர்களின் மீது நிற்கக்கூடியதாக நீங்கள் அவைகளை விட்டு வைத்ததும் அல்லாஹ்வின் அனுமதி கொண்டும், அந்தப் பாவிகளை அவன் இழிவுபடுத்துவதற்காகவும்.

Whatever palm trees you cut down or left standing on their trunks, it was by Allah’s Will, so that He might disgrace the evildoers.

Wama afaa Allahu AAala rasoolihi minhum fama awjaftum AAalayhi min khaylin wala rikabin walakinna Allaha yusallitu rusulahu AAala man yashao waAllahu AAala kulli shayin qadeerun

And what Allâh gave as booty (Fai') to His Messenger (Muhammad [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam]) from them – for this you made no expedition with either cavalry or camelry. But Allâh gives power to His Messengers over whomsoever He wills. And Allâh is Able to do all things.

And what Allah restored [of property] to His Messenger from them - you did not spur for it [in an expedition] any horses or camels, but Allah gives His messengers power over whom He wills, and Allah is over all things competent.

அவர்களிடமிருந்து, அல்லாஹ் தன்னுடைய தூதருக்கு (சிரமம் ஏதுமின்றி)க் கொடுத்த பொருள்களுக்காக (நம்பிக்கை யாளர்களே!) நீங்கள் குதிரையின் மீதேறியோ, ஒட்டகத்தின் மீதேறியோ (போர் புரிந்து) கஷ்டப்படவில்லை. எனினும், அல்லாஹ் தான் நாடியவர்களின் மீது தன்னுடைய தூதருக்கு ஆதிக்கத்தைக் கொடுப்பான். அல்லாஹ் சகலவற்றின் மீதும் பேராற்றல் உடையவன்.

மேலும், அல்லாஹ் தன் தூதருக்கு அவர்களிலிருந்தும் எதை (மீட்டுக்) கொடுத்தானோ அதற்காக நீங்கள் குதிரைகளையோ, ஒட்டகங்களையோ ஓட்டி(ப் போர் செய்து) விடவில்லை; எனினும், நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் தான் நாடுவோர் மீது தம் தூதர்களுக்கு ஆதிக்கத்தைத் தருகிறான்; மேலும் அல்லாஹ் எல்லாப் பொருட்களின் மீதும் பேராற்றலுடையவன்.

மேலும், அவர்களிடமிருந்து அல்லாஹ் தன்னுடைய தூதருக்கு எதை மீட்டுக் கொடுத்தானோ அ(தைப்பெறுவ)தற்காக (விசுவாசிகளே!) நீங்கள் குதிரையையோ, ஒட்டகத்தையோ ஓட்டவில்லை, எனினும் அல்லாஹ் தான் நாடியவர்களின் மீது தன்னுடைய தூதர்களை ஆதிக்கம் செலுத்தச் செய்கிறான், மேலும் அல்லாஹ் ஒவ்வொரு பொருளின் மீதும் ஆற்றலுடையவன்.

Whatever gains Allah has bestowed upon His Messenger from them, you did not spur on any horses or camels for that, but Allah gives authority to His messengers over whom He wills, and Allah is Most Capable of all things.

Ma afaa Allahu AAala rasoolihi min ahli alqura falillahi walilrrasooli walithee alqurba waalyatama waalmasakeeni waibni alssabeeli kay la yakoona doolatan bayna alaghniyai minkum wama atakumu alrrasoolu fakhuthoohu wama nahakum AAanhu faintahoo waittaqoo Allaha inna Allaha shadeedu alAAiqabi

What Allâh gave as booty (Fai') to His Messenger (Muhammad [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam]) from the people of the townships – it is for Allâh, His Messenger (Muhammad [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam]), the kindred (of Messenger Muhammad [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam]), the orphans, Al-Masâkîn (the needy), and the wayfarer, in order that it may not become a fortune used by the rich among you. And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam]) gives you, take it; and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it). And fear Allâh; verily, Allâh is Severe in punishment.

And what Allah restored to His Messenger from the people of the towns - it is for Allah and for the Messenger and for [his] near relatives and orphans and the [stranded] traveler - so that it will not be a perpetual distribution among the rich from among you. And whatever the Messenger has given you - take; and what he has forbidden you - refrain from. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.

அவ்வூராரிடம் இருந்தவைகளில் அல்லாஹ் தன்னுடைய தூதருக்குக் கொடுத்தவைகள் அல்லாஹ்வுக்கும், அவனுடைய தூதருக்கும், அவருடைய உறவினர்களுக்கும், அனாதைகளுக்கும், ஏழைகளுக்கும், வழிப்போக்கர்களுக்கும் உரித்தானதாகும். செல்வம் உங்களிலுள்ள பணக்காரர்களுக்கிடையில் மட்டுமே சுற்றிக் கொண்டிருக்காமல் (மற்றவர்களுக்கும் கிடைக்கும் பொருட்டு, இவ்வாறு பொருளைப் பங்கிடும்படி கட்டளையிடுகின்றான்.) ஆகவே, நம்முடைய தூதர் உங்களுக்குக் கொடுத்ததை நீங்கள் (மனமுவந்து) எடுத்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள். அவர் எதை விட்டும் உங்களை தடுத்தாரோ, அதைவிட்டு நீங்கள் விலகிக்கொள்ளுங்கள். (இவ்விஷயத்தில்) நீங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வுக்குப் பயந்து நடந்து கொள்ளுங்கள். நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் கடும் தண்டனை தருபவன்.

அவ்வூராரிடமிருந்தவற்றில் அல்லாஹ் தன் தூதருக்கு (மீட்டுக்) கொடுத்தவை, அல்லாஹ்வுக்கும் (அவன்) தூதருக்கும், உறவினர்களுக்கும், அநாதைகளுக்கும், ஏழைகளுக்கும், வழிப்போக்கருக்குமாகும்; மேலும், உங்களிலுள்ள செல்வந்தர்களுக்குள்ளேயே (செல்வம்) சுற்றிக் கொண்டிருக்காமல் இருப்பதற்காக (இவ்வாறு பங்கிட்டுக் கொடுக்கக் கட்டளையிடப் பட்டுள்ளது); மேலும், (நம்) தூதர் உங்களுக்கு எதைக் கொடுக்கின்றாரோ அதை எடுத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்; இன்னும், எதை விட்டும் உங்களை விலக்குகின்றாரோ அதை விட்டும் விலகிக் கொள்ளுங்கள்; மேலும், அல்லாஹ்வை அஞ்சிக் கொள்ளுங்கள். நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் வேதனை செய்வதில் மிகக் கடினமானவன்.

(வெற்றிகொள்ளப்படும் அனைத்து) ஊரார்களிடமிருந்து தன் தூதருக்கு அல்லாஹ் மீட்டுக் கொடுத்தானே அவை, (அவற்றில்) அல்லாஹ்வுக்கும், (அவனுடைய) தூதருக்கும், (அவருடைய) பந்துக்களுக்கும், அனாதைகளுக்கும், ஏழைகளுக்கும், வழிப்போக்கருக்கும் உரியதாகும், செல்வம் உங்களிலுள்ள பணக்காரர்களுக்கிடையில் மட்டுமே சுற்றிக்கொண்டிருக்காமல் இருப்பதற்காக, (இவ்வாறு பங்கீடு செய்யுமாறு அல்லாஹ் கட்டளையிட்டுள்ளான்) அன்றியும், (நம்முடைய) தூதர் உங்களுக்கு எதைக் கொடுத்தாரோ அதை நீங்கள் (மனமொப்பி) எடுத்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள். அவர் எதனை விட்டும் உங்களைத் தடுத்தாரோ அதிலிருந்து நீங்கள் விலகிக்கொள்ளுங்கள், மேலும், அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு நீங்கள் பயந்துகொள்ளுங்கள், நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் தண்டிப்பதில் மிக்க கடினமானவன்.

Whatever gains Allah has bestowed upon His Messenger from the people of the towns belongs to Allah and the Messenger, and to his close relatives, orphans, the needy, and stranded wayfarers, so that wealth should not circulate only among those of you who are rich. Whatever the Messenger gives you, accept it, and whatever he forbids you, refrain from it. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in punishment.

Lilfuqarai almuhajireena allatheena okhrijoo min diyarihim waamwalihim yabtaghoona fadlan mina Allahi waridwanan wayansuroona Allaha warasoolahu olaika humu alssadiqoona

(And there is also a share in this booty) for the poor emigrants, who were expelled from their homes and their property, seeking bounties from Allâh and to please Him, and helping Allâh (i.e. helping His religion – Islamic Monotheism) and His Messenger (Muhammad [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam]). Such are indeed the truthful (to what they say).

For the poor emigrants who were expelled from their homes and their properties, seeking bounty from Allah and [His] approval and supporting Allah and His Messenger, [there is also a share]. Those are the truthful.

தங்கள் வீடுகளைவிட்டும், தங்கள் பொருள்களை விட்டும் (அநியாயமாக) வெளிப்படுத்தப்பட்டு (மக்காவிலிருந்து) ஹிஜ்ரத் செய்து வந்த ஏழைகளுக்கும் அதில் பங்குண்டு. அவர்கள் அல்லாஹ்வுடைய அருளையும், அவனுடைய திருப் பொருத்தத் தையும் அடையக்கருதி (தங்கள் உயிரையும் பொருளையும் தியாகம் செய்து) அல்லாஹ்வுக்கும் அவனுடைய தூதருக்கும் உதவி செய்து கொண்டிருக்கின்றனர். இவர்கள்தாம் ஸாதிகீன் (என்னும் உண்மையான நம்பிக்கையாளர்கள்).

எவர்கள் தம் வீடுகளையும், தம் சொத்துகளையும் விட்டு, அல்லாஹ்வின் அருளையும், அவன் திருப் பொருத்தத்தையும் தேடியவர்களாக வெளியேற்றப்பட்டனரோ அந்த ஏழை முஹாஜிர்களுக்கும் (ஹிஜ்ரத் செய்தவர்களுக்கும் அப்பொருளில் பங்குண்டு); அல்லாஹ்வுக்கும் அவன் தூதருக்கும் உதவி செய்து கொண்டிருக்கின்றனர் அவர்கள் தாம் உண்மையாளர்கள்.

தங்கள் வீடுகளையும், தங்கள் பொருட்களையும் விட்டு (அக்கிரமமாக மக்காவிலிருந்து) வெளியேற்றப்பட்டார்களே அத்தகைய ஹிஜ்ரத்துச் செய்தவர்களான ஏழைகளுக்கும் (அப்பொருளில் பங்குண்டு) அவர்கள் அல்லாஹ்விடமிருந்து பேரருளையும், (அவனுடய) பொருத்தத்தையும் தேடுகின்றனர், இன்னும் அல்லாஹ்வுக்கும், அவனுடைய தூதருக்கும் உதவி செய்கின்றனர், இவர்கள் தாம் (“ஸாதிகூன் என்னும்) உண்மையாளர்கள்.

For the poor emigrants [there is a due share] who were driven out of their homes and their properties, seeking Allah’s bounty and pleasure, and helping the cause of Allah and His Messenger. It is they who are the truthful.

Waallatheena tabawwaoo alddara waaleemana min qablihim yuhibboona man hajara ilayhim wala yajidoona fee sudoorihim hajatan mimma ootoo wayuthiroona AAala anfusihim walaw kana bihim khasasatun waman yooqa shuhha nafsihi faolaika humu almuflihoona

And those who, before them, had homes (in Al-Madinah) and had adopted the Faith, love those who emigrate to them, and have no jealousy in their breasts for that which they have been given (from the booty of Banû An-Nadîr), and give them (emigrants) preference over themselves even though they were in need of that. And whosoever is saved from his own covetousness, such are they who will be the successful.

And [also for] those who were settled in al-Madinah and [adopted] the faith before them. They love those who emigrated to them and find not any want in their breasts of what the emigrants were given but give [them] preference over themselves, even though they are in privation. And whoever is protected from the stinginess of his soul - it is those who will be the successful.

முஹாஜிர்கள் தங்களிடம் வருவதற்கு முன்னதாகவே (மதீனாவில்) வீட்டையும் அமைத்துக்கொண்டு நம்பிக்கையையும் ஏற்றுக்கொண்டார்களே அவர்களுக்கும் அதில் பங்குண்டு. இவர்கள் ஹிஜ்ரத்துச் செய்து தங்களிடம் வருபவர்களை அன்பாக நேசித்து வருவதுடன், (எவரும் தங்களுக்குக் கொடுக்காது) அவர்களுக்கு (மட்டும்) கொடுப்பதைப் பற்றித் தங்கள் மனதில் ஒரு சிறிதும் பொறாமை கொள்ளாதும், தங்களுக்கு அவசியம் இருந்தபோதிலும், தங்களுடைய பொருளை அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுத்து உதவி செய்தும் வருகின்றனர். இவ்வாறு எவர்கள் (அல்லாஹ்வின் அருளால்) கஞ்சத்தனத்திலிருந்து பாதுகாக்கப்பட்டார்களோ அத்தகையவர்கள் தாம் வெற்றி பெற்றவர்கள்.

இன்னும் சிலருக்கும் (இதில் பங்குண்டு; அவர்கள் மதீனாவில் முஹாஜிர்களுக்கு) முன்னரே ஈமானுடன் வீட்டை அமைத்துக் கொண்டவர்கள்; அவர்கள் நாடு துறந்து தங்களிடம் குடியேறி வந்தவர்களை நேசிக்கின்றனர்; அன்றியும் அ(வ்வாறு குடியேறி)வர்களுக்குக் கொடுக்கப் பட்டதிலிருந்து தங்கள் நெஞ்சங்களில் தேவைப்பட மாட்டார்கள்; மேலும், தங்களுக்குத் தேவையிருந்த போதிலும், தங்களைவிட அவர்களையே (உதவி பெறுவதற்குத் தக்கவர்களாகத்) தேர்ந்தெடுத்துக் கொள்வார்கள் - இவ்வாறு எவர்கள் உள்ளத்தின் உலோபித்தனத்திலிருந்து காக்கப்பட்டார்களோ, அத்தகையவர்கள் தான் வெற்றி பெற்றவர்கள் ஆவார்கள்.

இன்னும் (முஹாஜிரீன்களாகிய) அவர்களுக்கு முன்பே (மதீனாவில்) வீட்டையும் (அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது) விசுவாசம்கொள்வதையும் கலப்பற்றதாக்கிக்) கொண்டிருந்தார்களே அத்தகைய (அன்ஸாரிகளான)வர்கள், தம்பால் “ஹிஜ்ரத்து”ச் செய்து வந்தோரை நேசிப்பார்கள், மேலும், (ஹிஜ்ரத்துச் செய்து வந்த) அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுக்கப்பட்டதைப் பற்றி தங்கள் நெஞ்சங்களில் காழ்ப்புணர்ச்சியைப் பெறமாட்டார்கள், மேலும், தங்களுக்கு (கடும்) தேவையிருந்த போதிலும், தங்களைவிட (முஹாஜிரீன்களான அவர்களை)த் தேர்ந்தெடுத்துக் கொள்வார்கள். இன்னும் எவர் தன் உலோபத்தனத்திலிருந்து காக்கப்பட்டாரோ, அத்தகையோர் தாம் வெற்றி பெற்றவர்கள்.

As for those who were settled in the city [of Madinah] and embraced Islam before them, they love those who migrated to them, and find no covetous desire in their hearts for what they were given. Rather they give them preference over themselves even though they may be in dire need. Whoever is protected from the covetousness of their souls, it is they who are successful.

Waallatheena jaoo min baAAdihim yaqooloona rabbana ighfir lana waliikhwanina allatheena sabaqoona bialeemani wala tajAAal fee quloobina ghillan lillatheena amanoo rabbana innaka raoofun raheemun

And those who came after them say: "Our Lord! Forgive us and our brethren who have preceded us in Faith, and put not in our hearts any hatred against those who have believed. Our Lord! You are indeed full of kindness, Most Merciful.

And [there is a share for] those who came after them, saying, "Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith and put not in our hearts [any] resentment toward those who have believed. Our Lord, indeed You are Kind and Merciful."

எவர்கள் இவர்களுக்குப் பின் வந்தார்களோ, அவர்கள் "எங்கள் இறைவனே! எங்களையும் நீ மன்னித்தருள்! எங்களுக்கு முன் நம்பிக்கைக் கொண்ட எங்களுடைய சகோதரர்களையும் மன்னித்தருள்! நம்பிக்கைக் கொண்டவர்களைப் பற்றி எங்களுடைய உள்ளங்களில் குரோதங்களை உண்டு பண்ணாதே! எங்கள் இறைவனே! நிச்சயமாக நீ மிகக் கிருபையுடையவனும், இரக்க முடையவனுமாக இருக்கின்றாய்!" என்று பிரார்த்தனை செய்து கொண்டே இருக்கின்றனர்.

அவர்களுக்குப்பின் குடியேறியவர்களுக்கும் (இதில் பங்குண்டு). அவர்கள் “எங்கள் இறைவனே! எங்களுக்கும், ஈமான் கொள்வதில் எங்களுக்கு முந்தியவர்களான எங்கள் சகோதரர்களுக்கும் மன்னிப்பு அருள்வாயாக; அன்றியும் ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களைப் பற்றி எங்களுடைய இதயங்களில் பகையை ஆக்காதிருப்பாயாக! எங்கள் இறைவனே! நிச்சயமாக நீ மிக்க இரக்கமுடையவன்; கிருபை மிக்கவன்” என்றும் (பிரார்த்தித்துக்) கூறுவர்.

மேலும், அவர்களுக்குப் பின் வந்தார்களே அத்தகையவர்கள் “எங்கள் இரட்சகனே! எங்களையும், விசுவாசம் கொள்வதில் எங்களை முந்தி விட்டார்களே அத்தகைய எங்களுடைய சகோதரர்களையும் நீ மன்னித்தருள்வாயாக! விசுவாசங்கொண்டவர்களைப் பற்றி எங்களுடைய இதயங்களில் வெறுப்பை எற்படுத்தாதிருப்பாயாக! எங்கள் இரட்சகனே! நிச்சயமாக நீ மிக்க இரக்கமுடையவன், மிகக் கருணையுடைவன் என்று (பிரார்த்தனை செய்தும்) கூறுவார்கள்.

And those who came after them say, “Our Lord, forgive us and our brethren who preceded us in faith, and do not let there be any ill feelings in our hearts towards those who believe. Our Lord, indeed, You are All-Gracious, Most Merciful.”

Alam tara ila allatheena nafaqoo yaqooloona liikhwanihimu allatheena kafaroo min ahli alkitabi lain okhrijtum lanakhrujanna maAAakum wala nuteeAAu feekum ahadan abadan wain qootiltum lanansurannakum waAllahu yashhadu innahum lakathiboona

Have you (O Muhammad [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam]) not observed the hypocrites who say to their friends among the people of the Scripture who disbelieve: "(By Allâh) if you are expelled, we (too) indeed will go out with you, and we shall never obey any one against you; and if you are attacked (in fight), we shall indeed help you." But Allâh is Witness that they verily are liars.

Have you not considered those who practice hypocrisy, saying to their brothers who have disbelieved among the People of the Scripture, "If you are expelled, we will surely leave with you, and we will not obey, in regard to you, anyone - ever; and if you are fought, we will surely aid you." But Allah testifies that they are liars.

(நபியே! இந்த) நயவஞ்சகர்களை நீங்கள் கவனிக்க வில்லையா? அவர்கள், வேதத்தை உடையவர்களில் உள்ள நிராகரிக்கும் தங்கள் சகோதரர்களை நோக்கி "நீங்கள் (உங்கள் இல்லத்தை விட்டு) வெளியேற்றப்பட்டால் நாங்களும் உங்களுடன் வெளியேறிவிடுவோம். உங்கள் விஷயத்தில் (உங்களுக்கு விரோதமாக) நாங்கள் ஒருவருக்கும், ஒரு காலத்திலும் வழிப்பட மாட்டோம். (எவரும்) உங்களை எதிர்த்து போர் புரிந்தால், நிச்சயமாக நாம் உங்களுக்கு உதவி புரிவோம்" என்றும் கூறுகின்றனர். ஆனால், நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் பொய்யர்களென்று அல்லாஹ் சாட்சியம் கூறுகின்றான்.

(நபியே!) நயவஞ்சகம் செய்வோரை நீர் கவனிக்கவில்லையா? அவர்கள், வேதத்தை உடையோரிலுள்ள நிராகரித்துக் கொண்டிருப்போரான தம் சகோதரர்களிடம் “நீங்கள் வெளியேற்றப்பட்டால், உங்களுடன் நாங்களும் நிச்சயமாக வெளியேறுவோம்; அன்றியும், (உங்களுக்கெதிராக) நாங்கள் எவருக்கும், எப்பொழுதும் நாம் வழிப்பட மாட்டோம்; மேலும், உங்களுக்கெதிராக போர் செய்யப்பெற்றால், நிச்சயமாக நாங்கள் உங்களுக்கு உதவி செய்வோம்” என்று கூறுகின்றனர்; ஆனால் நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் பொய்யர்கள் என்று அல்லாஹ் சாட்சியங் கூறுகிறான்.

(நபியே!) நயவஞ்சகர்களாக ஆகிவிட்டார்களே அவர்களை நீர் பார்க்கவில்லையா? அவர்கள், வேதத்தையுடையோர்களில் உள்ள நிராகரித்து விட்டோரான தங்கள் சகோதரர்களிடம், “நீங்கள் (உங்கள் இல்லைத்தை விட்டு) வெளியேற்றப்பட்டால், உங்களுடன் நாங்களும் நிச்சயமாக வெளியேறி விடுவோம், மேலும், உங்கள் விஷயத்தில், (உங்களுக்கு விரோதமான) நாங்கள் எவருக்கும் ஒரு காலத்திலும் கீழ்ப்படிய மாட்டோம், உங்கள் மீது போர் தொடுக்கப்பட்டால், நிச்சயமாக நாம் உங்களுக்கு உதவியும் புரிவோம்” என்று கூறுகின்றனர், அல்லாஹ்வோ நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் பொய்யர்கள் என்று சாட்சியங் கூறுகின்றான்.

Have you not seen the hypocrites who say to their fellow disbelievers from the People of the Book, “If you are expelled, we will surely leave with you, and we will never obey anyone concerning you, and if you are attacked, we will surely come to your aid.” But Allah bears witness that they are truly liars.

Lain okhrijoo la yakhrujoona maAAahum walain qootiloo la yansuroonahum walain nasaroohum layuwallunna aladbara thumma la yunsaroona

Surely, if they (the Jews) are expelled, never will they (hypocrites) go out with them; and if they are attacked, they will never help them. And (even) if they do help them, they (hypocrites) will turn their backs, and they will not be victorious.

If they are expelled, they will not leave with them, and if they are fought, they will not aid them. And [even] if they should aid them, they will surely turn their backs; then [thereafter] they will not be aided.

ஏனென்றால், அவர்கள் (தங்கள் இல்லங்களிலிருந்து) வெளியேற்றப்பட்டால், இவர்கள் அவர்களுடன் வெளியேற மாட்டார்கள். அவர்களை எதிர்த்து (எவரும்) போர் புரிந்தால், அவர்களுக்கு உதவி புரிய முன்வரவும் மாட்டார்கள். முன்வந்த போதிலும், நிச்சயமாக புறங்காட்டியே ஓடுவார்கள். பின்னர் (எவராலுமே) அவர்கள் எத்தகைய உதவியும் பெற மாட்டார்கள்.

அவர்கள் வெளியேற்றப்பட்டால், இவர்கள் அவர்களுடன் வெளியேற மாட்டார்கள்; மேலும், அவர்களுக்கெதிராக போர் செய்யப்பெற்றால், இவர்கள் அவர்களுக்கு உதவி செய்யவும் மாட்டார்கள்; அன்றியும் இவர்கள் அவர்களுக்கு உதவி செய்தாலும், நிச்சயமாக புறமுதுகு காட்டிப் பின் வாங்கி விடுவார்கள் - பின்னர் அவர்கள் (எத்தகைய) உதவியும் அளிக்கப்பட மாட்டார்கள்.

(ஏனென்றால்), அவர்கள் வெளியேற்றப்பட்டால், இவர்கள் அவர்களுடன் வெளியேறிச் செல்லமாட்டார்கள், அவர்கள் மீது போர் தொடுக்கப்பட்டாலோ அவர்களுக்கு உதவிபுரியமாட்டார்கள், அவர்களுக்கு இவர்கள் உதவி செய்(ய முன்வந்)த போதிலும், நிச்சயமாக புறங்காட்டியே அவர்கள் ஓடி விடுவார்கள். பின்னர், (எவராலுமே) அவர்கள் (எத்தகைய) உதவியும் செய்யப்படமாட்டார்கள்.

If they are expelled, they will not leave with them, and if they are attacked, they will not come to their aid. Even if they come to their help, they will certainly turn and flee, then they will not be helped.

Laantum ashaddu rahbatan fee sudoorihim mina Allahi thalika biannahum qawmun la yafqahoona

Verily, you (believers in the Oneness of Allâh – Islâmic Monotheism) are more fearful in their (Jews of Banû An-Nadîr) breasts than Allâh. That is because they are a people who comprehend not (the Majesty and Power of Allâh).

You [believers] are more fearful within their breasts than Allah. That is because they are a people who do not understand.

அவர்களுடைய உள்ளங்களில் உங்களைப் பற்றிய பயம் அல்லாஹ்வை(ப் பற்றிய பயத்தை)விட அதிகமாகவே இருக்கின்றது! மெய்யாகவே அவர்கள் அறிவில்லா மக்கள் என்பதுதான் இதற்குக் காரணமாகும்.

நிச்சயமாக, அவர்களுடைய இதயங்களில் அல்லாஹ்வை விட உங்களைப் பற்றிய பயமே பலமாக இருக்கிறது; (அல்லாஹ்வை விட்டும் அவர்கள் உங்களை அதிகம் அஞ்சுவதற்கு காரணம்) அவர்கள் (உண்மையை) உணர்ந்து கொள்ளாத சமூகத்தினராக இருப்பதனால்தான் இந்த நிலை!

திட்டமாக நீங்கள் அவர்களுடைய நெஞ்சங்களில், பயத்தால் அல்லாஹ்வை(ப்பற்றிய பயத்தை) விட மிக்க அதிகமானவர்களாக இருக்கிறீர்கள், அது நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் விளங்கிக் கொள்ளமுடியாத சமூகத்தினராக இருப்பதினாலேயாகும்.

Indeed, your fear in their hearts is greater than their fear of Allah. That is because they are a people devoid of understanding.

La yuqatiloonakum jameeAAan illa fee quran muhassanatin aw min warai judurin basuhum baynahum shadeedun tahsabuhum jameeAAan waquloobuhum shatta thalika biannahum qawmun la yaAAqiloona

They fight not against you even together, except in fortified townships, or from behind walls. Their enmity among themselves is very great. You would think they were united, but their hearts are divided. That is because they are a people who understand not.

They will not fight you all except within fortified cities or from behind walls. Their violence among themselves is severe. You think they are together, but their hearts are diverse. That is because they are a people who do not reason.

அவர்கள் அனைவருமே ஒன்று சேர்ந்தபோதிலும், பலமான ஒரு கோட்டைக்குள்ளாகவோ அல்லது மதில்களுக்கப்பாலோ இல்லாமல் (நேருக்கு நேராக) உங்களுடன் போர் புரியமாட்டார்கள். அவர்களுக்குள்ளாகவே பெரும் (பகைமையும்) சண்டைகளும் இருக்கின்றன. அவர்கள் அனைவரும் ஒன்றுபட்டிருப்பதாக நீங்கள் எண்ணுகின்றீர்கள். (அன்று!) அவர்களுடைய உள்ளங்கள் சிதறிக்கிடக்கின்றன. மெய்யாகவே அவர்கள் (எதனையும்) அறிந்துகொள்ளும் சக்தியற்ற மக்கள் என்பதுதான் இதற்குரிய காரணமாகும்.

கோட்டைகளால் அரண் செய்யப்பட்ட ஊர்களிலோ அல்லது மதில்களுக்கு அப்பால் இருந்து கொண்டோ அல்லாமல் அவர்கள் எல்லோரும் ஒன்று சேர்ந்து உங்களுடன் போரிட மாட்டார்கள்; அவர்களுக்குள்ளேயே போரும், பகையும் மிகக் கடுமையானவை; (இந்நிலையில்) அவர்கள் யாவரும் ஒன்று பட்டிருப்பதாக நீர் எண்ணுகிறீர்; (ஆனால்) அவர்களுடைய இதயங்கள், சிதறிக் கிடக்கின்றன - இதற்குக் காரணம்: மெய்யாகவே அவர்கள் அறிவற்ற சமூகத்தார் என்பதுதான்.

(கோட்டைகளால்) அரண் அமைக்கப்பட்ட ஊர்களிலோ, அல்லது சுவர்களுக்கப்பாலோ அல்லாமல் அவர்கள் அனைவரும் (ஒருங்கிணைந்தவர்கள்களாக) உங்களுடன் யுத்தம் புரியமாட்டார்கள், அவர்களுக்கு மத்தியிலே அவர்களின் சண்டை கடினமாகயிருக்கும் அவர்களை ஒன்றுபட்டிருப்பதாக நீர் எண்ணுகின்றீர், (ஆனால்) அவர்களுடைய இதயங்களோ சிதறிக்கிடக்கின்றன, அ(தன் காரணமாவ)து நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் அறியாதவர்களான சமூகத்தார் என்பதினாலாகும்.

They will not fight you all together but in fortified towns or from behind walls. Their valor among themselves is great; you think they are united, but their hearts are divided. That is because they are a people who do not understand.

Kamathali allatheena min qablihim qareeban thaqoo wabala amrihim walahum AAathabun aleemun

They are like their immediate predecessors (the Jews of Banû Qainûqâ', who suffered); they tasted the evil result of their conduct, and (in the Hereafter, there is) for them a painful torment.

[Theirs is] like the example of those shortly before them: they tasted the bad consequence of their affair, and they will have a painful punishment.

(இவர்களுக்கு உதாரணமாவது:) இவர்களுக்குச் சிறிது காலத்திற்கு முன்னர் தங்களுடைய கெட்ட செயல்களின் பலனை (பத்ரு யுத்தத்தில்) அனுபவித்தவர்களின் உதாரணத்தை ஒத்திருக்கின்றது. (மறுமையில்) இவர்களுக்குத் துன்புறுத்தும் வேதனையுண்டு.

இவர்களுக்கு முன்னர் (காலத்தால்) நெருங்கி இருந்த சிலரைப் போன்றே (இவர்களும் இருக்கின்றனர்) அவர்கள் தம் தீய செயல்களுக்கு (மறுமையில்) நோவினை செய்யும் வேதனையுமுண்டு.

(அவர்களுக்கு உதாரணமாவது) அவர்களுக்கு முன்னர் (காலத்தால்) சமீபத்தில் உள்ளோரின் உதாரணத்தைப் போன்றதாகும், அவர்கள் தங்களுடைய செயல்களுக்குரிய தீய பலனை (பத்ரூ யுத்தத்தில்) சுவைத்தார்கள், இன்னும் (மறுமையில்) அவர்களுக்குத் துன்புறுத்தும் வேதனையுண்டு.

They are like those who were shortly before them, who tasted the evil consequence of their deeds, and for them there will be a painful punishment.

Kamathali alshshaytani ith qala lilinsani okfur falamma kafara qala innee bareeon minka innee akhafu Allaha rabba alAAalameena

(Their allies deceived them) like Shaitân (Satan), when he says to man: "Disbelieve in Allâh." But when (man) disbelieves in Allâh, Shaitân (Satan) says: "I am free of you, I fear Allâh, the Lord of the 'آlamîn (mankind, jinn and all that exists)!"

[The hypocrites are] like the example of Satan when he says to man, "Disbelieve." But when he disbelieves, he says, "Indeed, I am disassociated from you. Indeed, I fear Allah, Lord of the worlds."

(இன்னும், இவர்களுடைய உதாரணம்:) ஒரு ஷைத்தானுடைய உதாரணத்தையும் ஒத்திருக்கின்றது. அவன் மனிதனை நோக்கி "நீ (அல்லாஹ்வையும் அவனுடைய தூதரையும்) நிராகரித்துவிடு" என்று கூறுகின்றான். அவ்வாறே அவனும் நிராகரித்துவிட்டான். (பின்னர், ஷைத்தான் அவனை நோக்கி) "நிச்சயமாக நான் உன்னைவிட்டு விலகிவிட்டேன். ஏனென்றால், உலகத்தாரின் இறைவனாகிய அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு மெய்யாகவே நான் பயப்படு கின்றேன்" என்று கூறுவான்.

(இன்னும் இவர்கள் நிலை) ஷைத்தானுடைய உதாரணத்தைப் போன்றிருக்கிறது; (அவன்) மனிதனை நோக்கி: “நீ (இறைவனை) நிராகரித்து விடு” என்று கூறுகிறான். அவ்வாறு மனிதன் நிராகரித்ததும் “நான் உன்னை விட்டும் ஒதுங்கிக் கொண்டேன்; (ஏனெனில்) நான் அகிலங்களுக்கெல்லாம் இறைவனாகிய அல்லாஹ்வை அஞ்சுகிறேன்” என்றான்.

(இவர்களுக்கு உதாரணம்) ஷைத்தானுடைய உதாரணத்தைப் போன்றதாகும். அவன் மனிதனிடம், “நீ (அல்லாஹ்வையும், அவனுடைய தூதரையும்) நிராகரித்து விடு” என்று கூறிய சமயத்தில்_(அதைக்கேட்டுப்) பின்னர், அவன் நிராகரித்து விட்டபொழுது (ஷைத்தான் அவனிடம்,) “நிச்சயமாக நான் உன்னை விட்டு நீங்கிக்கொண்டேன், அகிலத்தாரின் இரட்சகனாகிய அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு நிச்சயமாக நான் பயப்படுகிறேன்” என்று கூறினான்.

They are like Satan when he says to man, “Disbelieve,” then when he disbelieves, he says, “I have nothing to do with you. I surely fear Allah, the Lord of the worlds.”

Fakana AAaqibatahuma annahuma fee alnnari khalidayni feeha wathalika jazao alththalimeena

So, the end of both will be that they will be in the Fire, abiding therein. Such is the recompense of the Zâlimûn (i.e. polytheists, wrong doers, disbelievers in Allâh and in His Oneness).

So the outcome for both of them is that they will be in the Fire, abiding eternally therein. And that is the recompense of the wrong-doers.

நிச்சயமாக அவ்விருவரும் நரகம்தான் செல்வார்கள் என்று முடிவாகிவிட்டது. அதில்தான் அவர்கள் என்றென்றும் தங்கிவிடுவார்கள். இத்தகைய அநியாயக்காரர்களின் கூலி இதுவேயாகும்.

அவ்விருவரின் முடிவு, நிச்சயமாக அவர்கள் என்றென்றும் தங்கும் நரக நெருப்புத்தான், அநியாயக் காரர்களின் கூலி இதுவேயாகும்.  

ஆகவே, நிச்சயமாக (ஷைத்தானும், நிராகரித்த மனிதனுமாகிய) அவ்விருவரும் நரகத்தில் அதில் அவ்விருவரும் நிரந்தரமாக(த்தங்கி) இருப்பவர்கள் என்பதே அவ்விருவருடைய முடிவாக ஆகிவிட்டது, மேலும், அது அநியாயக்காரர்களின் கூலியாகும்.

So they will both end up in the Fire, abiding therein forever. That is the recompense of the wrongdoers.

Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo ittaqoo Allaha waltanthur nafsun ma qaddamat lighadin waittaqoo Allaha inna Allaha khabeerun bima taAAmaloona

O you who believe! Fear Allâh and keep your duty to Him. And let every person look to what he has sent forth for tomorrow, and fear Allâh. Verily, Allâh is Well-Acquainted with what you do.

O you who have believed, fear Allah. And let every soul look to what it has put forth for tomorrow - and fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what you do.

நம்பிக்கையாளர்களே! நீங்கள் (மெய்யாகவே) அல்லாஹ்வுக்குப் பயந்துகொள்ளுங்கள். ஒவ்வொரு மனிதனும் (மறுமை) நாளுக்காக, தான் எதனைத் தயார்படுத்தி வைக்கின்றான் என்பதைக் கவனித்து அல்லாஹ்வுக்குப் பயந்து நடந்துகொள்ளவும். நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ், நீங்கள் செய்பவைகளை நன்கறிந்தவனாக இருக்கின்றான்.

ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களே! அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு அஞ்சி நடந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்; மேலும், ஒவ்வொருவரும் (மறுமை) நாளுக்காக தான் முற்படுத்தி வைத்திருப்பதைப் பார்த்துக் கொள்ளட்டும்; இன்னும், நீங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வை அஞ்சி நடந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்; நீங்கள் செய்பவற்றை, நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் நன்கறிந்தவன்.

விசுவாசங்கொண்டோரே! அல்லாஹ்வை நீங்கள் பயந்துகொள்ளுங்கள், ஒவ்வோர் ஆத்மாவும் (மறுமை) நாளைக்காக எதனை முற்படுத்தியிருக்கிறது என்பதைப் பார்க்கட்டும், இன்னும், அல்லாஹ்வை நீங்கள் பயந்து (நடந்து) கொள்ளுங்கள், நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் நீங்கள் செய்பவற்றை நன்குணர்பவன்.

O you who believe, fear Allah, and let every soul consider what it has sent forth for tomorrow. And fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is All-Aware of what you do.

Wala takoonoo kaallatheena nasoo Allaha faansahum anfusahum olaika humu alfasiqoona

And be not like those who forgot Allâh (i.e. became disobedient to Allâh), and He caused them to forget their own selves (let them to forget to do righteous deeds). Those are the Fâsiqûn (rebellious, disobedient to Allâh).

And be not like those who forgot Allah, so He made them forget themselves. Those are the defiantly disobedient.

(நம்பிக்கையாளர்களே!) அல்லாஹ்வை (நிராகரித்து அவனை முற்றிலும்) மறந்துவிட்டவர்களைப் போல் நீங்களும் ஆகிவிட வேண்டாம். ஏனென்றால், (அதன் காரணமாக) அவர்கள் தம்மையே மறக்கும்படி (அல்லாஹ்) செய்துவிட்டான். இத்தகையவர்கள் பெரும்பாவிகள்தாம்.

அன்றியும், அல்லாஹ்வை மறந்து விட்டவர்கள் போன்று நீங்கள் ஆகிவிடாதீர்கள்; ஏனெனில் அவர்கள் தங்களையே மறக்கும்படி (அல்லாஹ்) செய்து விட்டான்; அத்தகையோர் தாம் ஃபாஸிக்குகள் - பெரும் பாவிகள் ஆவார்கள்.

(விசுவாசிகளே!) அல்லாஹ்வை (நிராகரித்து அவனை முற்றிலும்) மறந்து விட்டார்களே அத்தகையவர்களைப் போன்று நீங்களும் ஆகிவிட வேண்டாம், ஏனென்றால், (அல்லாஹ்வாகிய) அவன் (அவர்களுக்கு கிடைக்கவேண்டிய நற்பாக்கியங்களிலிருந்து) அவர்கள் தங்களேயே மறக்குமாறு செய்துவிட்டான், அத்தகையோர்தாம் (அல்லாஹ்வின் வழிபாட்டிலிருந்து) வெளியேறியவர்(களானபாவி)களாவர்.

Do not be like those who forgot Allah, so He made them forget themselves. It is they who are the evildoers.

La yastawee ashabu alnnari waashabu aljannati ashabu aljannati humu alfaizoona

Not equal are the dwellers of the Fire and the dwellers of Paradise. It is the dwellers of Paradise that will be successful.

Not equal are the companions of the Fire and the companions of Paradise. The companions of Paradise - they are the attainers [of success].

நரகவாசிகளும் சுவனவாசிகளும் சமமாக மாட்டார்கள். (ஏனென்றால்) சுவனவாசிகள் பெரும் பாக்கியமுடையவர்கள். (நரகவாசிகள் துர்ப்பாக்கியமுடையவர்கள்.)

நரக வாசிகளும், சுவர்க்கவாசிகளும் சமமாக மாட்டார்கள்; சுவர்க்கவாசிகளே பெரும் பாக்கியம் உடையோர்.

நரகவாசிகளும், சொர்க்கவாசிகளும் சமமாகமாட்டார்கள், சொர்க்கவாசிகள்_அவர்கள் தாம் வெற்றியடைந்தவர்கள்.

The people of Hell and the people of Paradise are not equal. It is the people of Paradise who will triumph.

Law anzalna hatha alqurana AAala jabalin laraaytahu khashiAAan mutasaddiAAan min khashyati Allahi watilka alamthalu nadribuha lilnnasi laAAallahum yatafakkaroona

Had We sent down this Qur'ân on a mountain, you would surely have seen it humbling itself and rent asunder by the fear of Allâh. Such are the parables which We put forward to mankind that they may reflect.

If We had sent down this Qur'an upon a mountain, you would have seen it humbled and coming apart from fear of Allah. And these examples We present to the people that perhaps they will give thought.

(நபியே!) யாதொரு மலையின் மீது நாம் இந்தக் குர்ஆனை இறக்கி வைத்திருந்தால், அது அல்லாஹ்வின் பயத்தால் நடுங்கி வெடித்துப் பிளந்து போவதை நிச்சயமாக நீங்கள் காண்பீர்கள். மனிதர்கள் சிந்தித்து பார்ப்பதற்காக இவ்வுதாரணங்களை நாம் கூறுகின்றோம்.

(நபியே!) நாம் ஒரு மலையின் மீது இந்த குர்ஆனை இறக்கியிருந்தோமானால், அல்லாஹ்வின் பயத்தால், அது நடுங்கிப் பிளந்து போவதாகக் கண்டிருப்பீர்; மேலும், மனிதர்கள் சிந்திக்கும் பொருட்டு இத்தகைய உதாரணங்களை நாம் அவர்களுக்கு விளக்குகிறோம்.

(நபியே!) இந்தக்குர் ஆனை மலையின் மீது நாம் இறக்கிவைத்திருந்தால், அல்லாஹ்வின் பயத்தால், பணிந்ததாக, பிளந்து விடக் கூடியதாக அதை நிச்சயமாக நீர் கண்டிருப்பீர், மேலும், அந்த உதாரணங்கள்_அவற்றை மனிதர்களுக்கு அவர்கள் சிந்திப்பதற்காகவே நாம் கூறுகிறோம்.

Had We sent down this Qur’an upon a mountain, you would have seen it humbled and break asunder out of awe of Allah. Such are the similitudes We set forth for people so that they may reflect.

Huwa Allahu allathee la ilaha illa huwa AAalimu alghaybi waalshshahadati huwa alrrahmanu alrraheemu

He is Allâh, beside Whom Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He) the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen. He is the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

He is Allah, other than whom there is no deity, Knower of the unseen and the witnessed. He is the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

அந்த அல்லாஹ்வைத் தவிர வணக்கத்திற்குரிய வேறொரு நாயனில்லை. (அவனே) மறைவானதையும் வெளிப்படை யானதையும் நன்கறிந்தவன். அவனே அளவற்ற அருளாளன்; நிகரற்ற அன்புடையவன்.

அவனே அல்லாஹ்; வணக்கத்திற்குரியவன்; அவனைத் தவிர வேறு நாயன் இல்லை; மறைவானதையும், பகிரங்கமானதையும் அறிபவன்; அவனே அளவற்ற அருளாளன்; நிகரற்ற அன்புடையோன்.

“அவன் (தான்) அல்லாஹ், அவன் எத்தகையவனென்றால் அவனைத்தவிர (வணக்கத்திற்குரிய வேறு) நாயன் இல்லை, (அவன்) மறைவானதையும், வெளிப்படையானதையும் நன்கறிகிறவன், அவனே அளவற்ற அருளாளன், மிகக் கிருபையுடையவன்.

He is Allah; none has the right to be worshiped except Him, Knower of the unseen and the seen; He is the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful.

Huwa Allahu allathee la ilaha illa huwa almaliku alquddoosu alssalamu almuminu almuhayminu alAAazeezu aljabbaru almutakabbiru subhana Allahi AAamma yushrikoona

He is Allâh, beside Whom Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the King, the Holy, the One Free from all defects, the Giver of security, the Watcher over His creatures, the All-Mighty, the Compeller, the Supreme. Glorified is Allâh! (High is He) above all that they associate as partners with Him.

He is Allah, other than whom there is no deity, the Sovereign, the Pure, the Perfection, the Bestower of Faith, the Overseer, the Exalted in Might, the Compeller, the Superior. Exalted is Allah above whatever they associate with Him.

அந்த அல்லாஹ்வைத் தவிர வணக்கத்திற்குரிய வேறொரு நாயனுமில்லை. அவன்தான் மெய்யான அரசன்; பரிசுத்தமானவன்; சாந்தியும் சமாதானமும் அளிப்பவன்; அபயமளிப்பவன்; பாதுகாவலன்; (அனைவரையும்) மிகைத்தவன்; அடக்கி ஆளுபவன்; பெருமைக்குரியவன். இவர்கள் கூறும் இணை துணைகளைவிட்டு அல்லாஹ் மிகப் பரிசுத்தமானவன்.

அவனே அல்லாஹ், வணக்கத்திற்குரிய நாயன் அவனைத் தவிர, வேறு யாரும் இல்லை; அவனே பேரரசன்; மிகப்பரிசுத்தமானவன்; சாந்தியளிப்பவன்; தஞ்சமளிப்பவன்; பாதுகாப்பவன்; (யாவரையும்) மிகைப்பவன்; அடக்கியாள்பவன்; பெருமைக்குரித்தானவன் - அவர்கள் இணைவைப்பவற்றையெல்லாம் விட்டு அல்லாஹ் மிகத் தூய்மையானவன்.

“அவன் (தான்) அல்லாஹ், அவன் எத்தகையவனென்றால் அவனைத்தவிர (வணக்கத்திற்குரிய வேறு) நாயன் இல்லை, (அவன் தான் உண்மையான) பேரரசன், பரிசுத்தமானவன், சாந்தி அளிப்பவன், அபயமளிப்பவன், கண்கானிப்பவன், (யாவரையும்) மிகைத்தவன், அடக்கி ஆளுபவன், பெருமைக்குரியவன்_அவர்கள் இணைவைப்பவற்றை விட்டும் அல்லாஹ் மிகப் பரிசுத்தமானவன்.

He is Allah; none has the right to be worshiped except Him, the Sovereign, the Most Holy, the Most Perfect, the Granter of Security, the Watcher over all, the All-Mighty, the Compeller, the Supreme. Glory be to Allah far above what they associate with Him.

Huwa Allahu alkhaliqu albario almusawwiru lahu alasmao alhusna yusabbihu lahu ma fee alssamawati waalardi wahuwa alAAazeezu alhakeemu

He is Allâh, the Creator, the Inventor of all things, the Bestower of forms. To Him belong the Best Names. All that is in the heavens and the earth glorify Him. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

He is Allah, the Creator, the Inventor, the Fashioner; to Him belong the best names. Whatever is in the heavens and earth is exalting Him. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

அந்த அல்லாஹ்தான் படைப்பவன். (அவனே) படைப்புகளை ஒழுங்கு செய்பவன்; (அவனே) படைப்புகளின் உருவத்தையும் அமைப்பவன். அவனுக்கு அழகான பல திருப்பெயர்கள் இருக்கின்றன. வானங்களிலும் பூமியிலும் உள்ளவை அனைத்தும் அவனையே துதி செய்கின்றன. அவனே (அனைவரையும்) மிகைத்தவன்; மிக ஞானமுடையவன்.

அவன்தான் அல்லாஹ்; படைப்பவன்; ஒழுங்குபடுத்தி உண்டாக்குபவன்; உருவமளிப்பவன் - அவனுக்கு அழகிய திருநாமங்கள் இருக்கின்றன; வானங்களிலும், பூமியிலும் உள்ளவையாவும் அவனையே தஸ்பீஹு (செய்து துதி) செய்கின்றன - அவனே (யாவரையும்) மிகைத்தவன் ஞானம் மிக்கவன்.

அவன் (தான்) அல்லாஹ், படைப்பவன், (அவனே படைப்புகளை ஒழுங்குபடுத்தி) உண்டாக்குபவன், (அவனே படைப்பினங்களின்) உருவத்தை அமைப்பவன், அவனுக்கு அழகான பெயர்களிருக்கின்றன, வானங்களிலும், பூமியிலும் உள்ளவை (அனைத்தும்) அவனையே துதிசெய்கின்றன, அவனே (யாவரையும்) மிகைத்தோன், தீர்க்கமான அறிவுடையோன்.

He is Allah, the Creator, the Maker, the Fashioner. He has the most beautiful names. All that is in the heavens and earth glorifies Him, for He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
